Michael Madrid, a 19-year-old Latino, was shot to death Saturday, Aug. 4, in the 3600 block of Locke Avenue in El Sereno, according to Los Angeles County coroner's records.
Ed Winter, spokesman for the coroner's office, said Madrid was shot during a drive-by shooting at 7:23 p.m.
Madrid was pronounced dead at the scene.
Coroner's records show he sustained a gunshot wound to the head.
