We all know what Swiss cheese is, right? That yellow stuff with the holes in, of course. And good old Gruy�re is as familiar as the neighbor?s cat, isn?t it?
But what about some of the lesser members of the fromage family, like Etivaz? Hands up if you can pick that one out of a police lineup.
