'Paranormal Activity 3' Actor Nabs Lead in CBS Pilot 'Ex-Men'
Chris Smith will play a young guy who moves into a short-term rental complex and makes fast friends with his fellow tenants in the entry from "How I Met Your Mother" producer Rob Greenberg.
