Mass Shootings: Are You Ready?

As the nation mourns the deaths of nearly 30 people in the Sandy Hook school shooting, Law Officer Editor-in-Chief Dale Stockton reminds all LEOs that such incidents can happen anywhere, and all officers have a duty to be prepared.
